Tashauna is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana. She meets with adult clients and has experience working with borderline personality disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorder. She is trained in schema therapy techniques and uses them along with a blend of cognitive behavior and mind body medicine mindfulness techniques. She is open to incorporating Christian beliefs if clients desire. Her clients have said that she is caring, cheerful, empathetic, and not afraid to address complex issues.

She considers therapy a success when the client feels they have met their own personal goals. She enjoys acknowledging the small successes along the way and providing clients with skills they can use throughout their lives.
