Kristin is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana. She is skilled in working with teen and adult women who have a history of trauma, anxiety, or depression. She is trained in EMDR and uses it in combination with cognitive behavior therapy techniques to help clients change their thoughts, build better emotional reserves, and find solutions that work for them. She is also CSAYC certified to work with sexual abuse and trauma. Her clients have said that she is open, validating, supportive, calm, and non-judgmental while also challenging when needed.

She places high value on client comfort and creating a space that clients look forward to coming and working towards their goals.

Education: Kristin completed her master’s degree at Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky.
