Kirsten is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana. She works primarily with adults and is skilled in providing support with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. She is trained in EMDR and uses it, along with a combination of person centered and dialectical behavior therapy techniques. She is open to incorporating Christian beliefs into her work if clients desire. Her clients have said that she is friendly and non-judgmental, and that she allows clients to guide the session where they want and provide them direction if they need it.

She considers therapy a success when a client asks to terminate therapy because they are no longer experiencing symptoms that are affecting their lives negatively. She sticks by her clients and does not give up on them, and is open to providing referrals to other providers when necessary.
