Kara is a Licensed Social Worker in Indiana. She works primarily with adolescents and young adults with a focus on issues related to depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and grief. She is under the supervision of a fully licensed member of our team. She approaches therapy through a person-centered lens with an incorporation of tools from TF-CBT. Her clients have said that she is supportive, understanding, and collaborative.

She considers therapy a success when clients feel empowered, supported, and better equipped to continue their personal growth long after therapy ends. She values creating a compassionate, structured, and personalized space for clients that emphasizes growth, self-awareness, and meaningful progress.
