John is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana. He works with ages 14 and up and primarily focuses on issues of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. His approach to counseling draws from a number of theoretical orientations weaving positive psychology, adaptive information processing, cognitive behavioral techniques. He is also trained in EMDR.
