Heather is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Indiana. She works primarily with teens and adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. She uses a cognitive behavioral approach in therapy, along with strengths-based and individualized techniques to meet client needs. Her clients have said that she is easy-going and provides them with a comforting and supportive environment.

She considers therapy a success when the client feels they are able to cope and manage stressors appropriately. She works to validate clients’ feelings, assist clients in determining how they would like their life to look when they believe they will no longer need therapy, and provide them with skills to reach that point.

Education: Heather completed her master’s degree at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis.
