Carly is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana. She works primarily with older teens and adults with a history of trauma, anxiety, and problems with relationships or attachment. She is trained in EMDR and uses it along with techniques from TF-CBT and DBT. She is open to incorporating Christian beliefs if clients desire. Her clients have said that she is non-judgmental, relaxed, calm, caring, and supportive.

She considers therapy a success when a client has made progress towards or completed their personal therapeutic goals. She values time spent allowing clients to identify what these goals would be and providing them with helpful tools to make achieving those goals possible.
