Sydney Tilley is an associated licensed clinician who is currently working towards her licensure hours. She is under the supervision of Heather Short, LCSW. She meets primarily with teens and adults who are experiencing symptoms related to trauma and emotion dysregulation. She views client experiences in therapy through a cognitive-behavioral approach and is open to including mindfulness and somatic techniques to meet client needs. She is open to incorporating religious beliefs if the client desires.

She enjoys working collaboratively with clients and providing guidance to formulate therapeutic goals. She considers therapy a success when a client is able to leave their sessions feeling more regulated than when they came in.

Education: Sydney completed her master’s degree at Eastern University.
