Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Indiana. She works with ages 10 and older and focuses primarily on issues related to grief, anxiety, and depression. She is under the supervision of Nicole Holland as she pursues her licensure hours. She is trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and utilizes it along with a blend of cognitive behavior therapy and motivational interviewing. Her clients appreciate her direct nature and ability to ask difficult questions in an understanding manner.

She considers therapy a success when clients reach any level of progression towards their goals and feel comfortable to continue moving forward. She values the time spent meeting clients where they are and helping them feel safe and relaxed throughout their time in therapy.
